Finalise your supplier
Agree price and quantity with your supplier — on 1688, Alibaba, Taobao or direct with a factory. Ask them to deliver to our Guangzhou or Yiwu warehouse, whichever is closer to them. Send us the details.
We receive and inspect
When the goods reach our China warehouse we check quantity, packing and condition against your order, then send you photographs and video on WhatsApp — before anything ships.
You choose when to pay
Pay your supplier directly, pay through us, or settle after the goods land in India. Payments to China are routed through proper banking channels with documentation.

We book the mode that suits your volume and deadline — LCL from 1 CBM, full container, or air cargo when you need it in a week. Weekly consolidation from both warehouses.
Customs clearance on our IEC
We file the bill of entry, pay the duty and clear the consignment at ICD Sanathnagar or RGIA Air Cargo Complex. You need no import licence, no AD code and no customs broker.

Common questions
Straight answers
Do I need an IEC code or import licence?
No. We import on our own IEC and supply the goods to you within India with a GST invoice. For your books it is a domestic purchase, and the IGST on our invoice is available to you as input tax credit if you are GST registered.
What is the minimum quantity I can import?
One CBM by sea. There is no minimum order value. Smaller parcels can go by air or courier — tell us the weight and dimensions and we will tell you which works out cheaper.
How long does it take?
Sea to Hyderabad typically runs 22 to 28 days from the port of loading to ICD Sanathnagar, plus clearance and delivery. Air is usually 6 to 9 days door to door. Hyderabad is inland, so sea transit is a few days longer than to a coastal city — we quote real timelines, not port-to-port figures.
What will it actually cost?

Can you check the goods before they ship?
Yes, and we do it as standard. Every consignment is checked for quantity, packing and visible condition at our China warehouse, with photographs and video sent to you before it is loaded.
Which products can you not handle?
Anything restricted or prohibited under Indian import policy. Some categories also require specific certification before customs will release them — we check the HS code at the enquiry stage and tell you upfront rather than after your money has left.
